Located in the heart of the Dolomitic mountains, Ospedale Cortina is a healthcare facility accredited with the Italian National Health Service that was built in the 1920s and is part of GVM Care & Research since 2019. During the initial phase of reorganization, the healthcare facility has 18 beds for General Medicine, 20 beds for Orthopedics and Traumatology with an operating room at the Giovanni Paolo II Hospital in Pieve di Cadore and 4 short intensive observation beds at the First Aid Intervention Point (Emergency Room). In the future, the healthcare will proive a total of 150 beds.
